How Can I Help?
If you have found your way to this page, one of the following things are true:
- You picked up one of my keyrings at an event, and are looking at what the QR code does.
- You are using the QR code because you are looking for help, and because you know if there is a solution, we can find it.
- You are struggling, and are not sure where else to turn.
- You are lost.
A quick note:
WE ARE NOT A MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS SERVICE. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please do one of the following things first.
Call Your Local Crisis Service
This information is usually found online, or you can call 111 and choose the option for ‘Mental Health’. If there is an immediate risk to life, go to Accident and Emergency or call an ambulance.
Speak to Someone You Trust
Reaching out to a friend or family member about your struggles can be helpful. A problem shared is a problem halved.
SHOUT, or Samaritans
Text SHOUT to 85258 to get text support, or call the Samaritans on 116 123. You can email them too, on jo@samaritans.org, but it can take several days for a reply.
